Kalido, created in 2009, is a small and medium-sized company located in the Lille area, with 40 multi-cultural employees.

We are a marketing strategy consulting agency, specialized in relationship marketing operations (motivation, loyalty and sponsorship operations).

Our solutions are marketed in Europe in a dematerialized way in the form of customized digital programs in SAAS mode for our large corporate customers.

Reporting to the head of the department, you will be the link between the end customers (users of our digital programs) and the different entities of the company.

On a daily basis, your days will consist of interviewing all the company’s departments to best assist your SPANISH clients; the days will be different and diversified during the week if you know how to show your desire to progress with our team.

 

Your missions:

  • Call: Take calls to accompany and inform our customers,
  • Chat operator: with the help of our great tool « freshdesk », you will respond to customer requests,
  • You will be responsible for this request, from the opening to its resolution, in record time!
  • You will be in contact with our suppliers, for example if there is a delivery problem,
  • You will also manage the requests and the after sales follow-up.

This position requires great sensitivity to customer relations and exceptional telephone skills.

 

Your profile:

  • You master the office tools (pack office) and the internet environment.
  • You have a good front office experience close to the customers, you master perfectly the spelling and you are at ease with the oral…
  • You are a native Spanish speaker and therefore have a professional level of writing and speaking.
