Six practical answers to help you fully understand how the Kalido Connect network works.
Kalido Connect is designed for communications agencies, marketing agencies, consultants, and B2B experts who want to enhance the services they offer their clients. The platform targets three types of partners: influencers who make recommendations, co-developers who work together to build solutions, and integrators who bundle Kalido into their own offerings.
The first model is business referral: the partner recommends Kalido and receives a commission on signed projects. The second is co-development: the partner and Kalido work together to design the solution, each contributing their expertise. The third is the packaged offering: Kalido is integrated as a white-label solution into the partner’s commercial offering, and the partner remains the sole point of contact for the end customer.
Compensation depends on the model chosen. In the business referral model, the partner receives a commission on the revenue generated. In the co-creation model, the revenue split is defined contractually based on the scope of work undertaken by each party. In the bundled offering model, the partner bills its client directly at a price it sets, and Kalido bills the partner for its services internally.
It depends on the contractual model. In a business-referral arrangement, Kalido becomes the client’s direct point of contact. In a co-development arrangement, both organizations work together under a shared governance structure. In a packaged offering, the partner retains full control of the relationship, and Kalido operates as a white-label provider.
The process consists of four steps: establishing initial contact and defining the scope of our shared potential, selecting the appropriate partnership model, formalizing the agreement, and then operational onboarding. The entire process can be completed in a few weeks, depending on the projects to be launched and the maturity of the relevant client portfolio.
Joining Kalido Connect allows an agency to expand its portfolio of solutions without investing in an in-house customer relationship marketing team, to ensure the success of its projects through proven expertise, and to generate recurring revenue from its existing client base. The structured contractual framework avoids commercial gray areas and guarantees a win-win partnership.
