1. What rights can be exercised?
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person whose data has been collected has the right to exercise the following rights:
- A right of access
- A right to rectification,
- The right to object to the processing of one's data and to have one's data deleted
- Right to object to profiling
- The right to restrict processing,
- The right to data portability
The User may also issue instructions regarding the storage, deletion, and communication of their personal data after their death in accordance with Article 40-1 of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978. These instructions may be general or specific.
Finally, the User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

The request must include your last name, first name, email address, and, if possible, your customer reference number.
After verifying your identity, KALIDO will respond within one month of the request being made. In certain cases, due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, this period may be extended by two months.
These rights may be subject to exceptions in certain cases provided for by the regulations.
In the event of no response or an unsatisfactory response, the person concerned has the right to refer the matter to the data protection supervisory authority (the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
Subcontractors
KALIDO uses subcontractors for the following operations:
- carrying out maintenance and technical development work on the website, internal applications, and the central information system.
- sending commercial prospecting messages by email and text message
- the implementation of advertising campaigns
Transfers outside the European Union
KALIDO does not transfer personal data outside the European Union in the context of the processing operations described in this data protection policy. In the event that personal data is transferred outside the European Union, KALIDO ensures that the level of protection of the data concerned is maintained, in particular through the formalization of standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Data retention period
KALIDO has established specific rules regarding the retention period for Users' personal data. As a general rule, unless otherwise required by law, data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
The retention periods are as follows:
- Prospect data is retained for three years after the last contact from the prospect.
- Audience measurement cookies are stored on the User's device for a period of 13 months.
Sales prospecting
KALIDO uses your contact details to send you targeted advertising, particularly by email, post, and text message.
KALIDO complies with the rules laid down in Directive 2002/58/EC of July 12, 2002, which requires the prior express consent of the User for the sending of commercial prospecting by electronic means (e-mail or SMS).
KALIDO will not send you personalized solicitations by email or text message unless you have given your consent.
There is one exception to this rule: Users may be contacted without their prior consent if they are already customers of KALIDO and the purpose of the contact is to offer them similar products or services.
In all cases, the User has the option to opt out of receiving these solicitations by taking the following actions:
- For email, by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each email;
- For text messages, by sending a stop SMS to the number indicated in the message;
